Effects of antisense p21 mRNA expression on polyploidy. Cells from log phase cultures of LXSN control cells or AS21 cells were stained with propidium iodide and subjected to cell cycle analysis according to Materials and Methods. After gating out dead cells and doublets, cell events in channel numbers greater than the highest 4N channel were enumerated as a polyploid event.
