Expression of the MMCP-4, MMCP-5, MMCP-6, Gr B, TPH, and c-kit genes in +/+, mi/mi, and tg/tg CMCs. Five micrograms of total RNA prepared from +/+, mi/mi,or tg/tg CMCs was loaded in each lane and fixed onto nylon membranes by capillary action. The membranes were hybridized with specific DNA probes. An arrowhead indicates the specific signal for c-kit. Reprobing with the β-actin probe allowed verification that an equal amount of mRNA was loaded per lane.
