Effect of DEX on OSM production by stimulated PMN. PMN (10⁷/mL) were incubated for 30 minutes with DEX (indicated concentrations) and then stimulated by GM-CSF (100 U/mL) plus LPS (100 ng/mL) for 20 hours; OSM was assayed in the cell-free supernatants by using an ELISA method.
