Time course of OSM release by PMN. PMN (10⁷/mL) were stimulated with GM-CSF (100 U/mL) plus LPS (100 ng/mL). Control cells were incubated with the medium alone. Supernatants were collected at the times indicated and OSM was assayed in an ELISA method. Results are expressed as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments.
