Structure of hG-CSFR transgene. Restriction endonuclease cleavage maps of hG-CSFR and pLG1 constructs were used to generate hG-CSFR-Tg mice. Fragments derived from the H2-L^d promoter, the hG-CSFR cDNA, and the poly A addition site of SV40 early gene are shown.
