Platelet aggregation tracings start with the addition of CaCl2 and MgCl2 at a final concentration of 2 mmol/L to platelet-rich plasma. Aggregation is induced by addition of anti-LIBS6 to a final concentration of 10 μg/mL. Preincubation was performed with 100 μg/mL aspirin, 20 μg/mL MoAb P2, or no addition. Aggregation was determined by increase of light transmission in a Bio/Data PAP4 aggregometer. Representative tracings of several experiments are depicted.
