An aliquot (10 μL) of the washed plasma/suPAR-Sepharose suspension (analyzed by SDS-PAGE in Fig 6) was added to 125I-labeled fibrin clots for 2 hours at 37°C and the release of radioactivity into the supernatant was measured.
