Comparison of fibrinolysis mediated by tcuPA/suPAR and scuPA/suPAR. ¹²⁵I-plasma–derived clots overlaid with serum were incubated with 25 nmol/L scuPA/suPAR (▪), tcuPA (◊), or suPAR/tcuPA (○) at 37°C for the indicated times, and the radioactivity released into the supernatant was measured.
