Effects of TPO, IL-3, and BAH-1 MoAb on megakaryocyte differentiation of CD34⁺ cells. CD34⁺ cells (1 × 10⁴/mL) were cultured in 500 mL of serum-free culture medium. After 10 days, the increase in megakaryocytes was determined by ELISA using anti-GpIIb/IIIa antibodies.
