Effect of exogenous growth factors on IL-10-induced suppression of BFU-E growth from PV cells. PBMNCs were cultured in methylcellulose with 10 ng/mL IL-10 in the presence or absence of exogenous GM-CSF (100 U/mL), IL-3 (10 U/mL), G-CSF (100 U/mL), SCF (10 ng/mL), and IGF-1 (10 ng/mL), respectively.
