Cdk₁ is expressed by freshly isolated and cultured myeloid-enriched non-T cells. Myeloid-enriched non-T cells were cultured in the presence of various cytokines with or without LPS for the final 24 hours. Lysates from 10⁵ cells were immunoblotted as described in Materials and Methods using anti-cdk₁ MoAb. The cycling BJAB cell line was used as a positive control.
