Median fluorescence values after subtraction of the median fluorescence value of the negative isotype-matched control for each population in this experiment are as follows: for the lymphocytes: N6B6 = 8.01; 67D2 = 6.49; 103B2/9E10 = 5.01; 105A5 = 1.37; for the monocytes: N6B6 = 35.05; 67D2 = 58.51; 103B2/9E10 = 53.50; 105A5 = 2.09; for the granulocytes: N6B6 = 2.41; 67D2 = 4.41; 103B2/9E10 = 2.59; 105A5 = 0.31. Mature non-nucleated glycophorin-A+ erythrocytes did not stain with any of the CD164 MoAbs.
