Analyses of NF-κB/Rel nuclear complexes in B-CLL cells. A nuclear extract was obtained from B-CLL cells and incubated with a³²P-labeled κB oligonucleotide, in the absence (a) or presence of a 50× molar excess of unlabeled AP1 oligonucleotide (b), a 50× molar excess of unlabeled κB oligonucleotide (c), anti-p50 (d), -RelA (e), –c-Rel (f), or preimmune (g) serum.
