Modulation of the adhesion of megakaryocytes to HUVEC by SDF-1α treatment. 51Cr-labeled megakaryocytes were treated with SDF-1α at the indicated concentrations for 6 hours before plating onto a HUVEC monolayer for the adhesion assay, as described in Materials and Methods. The adherent cells were determined by measuring the cpm value.
