Growth kinetics of representative EBV-specific CTL cultures from normal donors, 2 patients with Hodgkin's disease in remission, and 2 patients with relapsed disease. All CTL lines from Hodgkin's patients required weekly stimulation with the four-component cocktail of IL-2, allogeneic irradiated PBMC, LCLs, and anti-CD3 from day 28.
