Proliferative responses were measured on day 6 at a DC to T-cell ratio of 1:20. The SEM of triplicate wells was always less than 15% of the mean. T cells alone = 1,534 ± 186 cpm; T cells + PHA = 30,081 ± 1,979 cpm. The results are representative of two experiments.
