Histologic evidence of disseminated lymphoma in a nude mouse injected with a CD44ex10 Namalwa transfectant. This representative animal received a tail vein injection of CD44ex10 Namalwa cells and subsequently developed hindlimb paralysis. Thereafter, the animal was sacrificed and evaluated for additional histologic evidence of disseminated lymphoma. The bone marrow (A) is almost completely replaced with aggressive NHL.
