CD8+ T cells from B6D2F1 donor mice were stimulated in vitro with irradiated spleen cells from B6C3F1 mice under Tc1 or Tc2 conditions, harvested on day 7 of culture, and plated in a standard 4-hour chromium-release assay at the stated E:T ratios with the allogeneic tumor target, P210 (H-2k), or the syngeneic tumor target, EL-4 (H-2b). Each data point was performed in triplicate, with less than 5% standard deviation for each point.
