Immunoprecipitation of FLT3 from transfected Ba/F3 cells either with MoAb SF1.340 (lane 2), MoAb 4G8 (lane 3) or a control MoAb against human IgG1 (lane 1). Immunoprecipitated lysate or whole cell lysate (lane 4) were electrophoresed on SDS-PAGE 7.5%, blotted with a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against a peptide corresponding to the carboxy terminus of human FLT3, and visualized by ECL.
