Histopathological examination. Induction of lethal acute GVHD and administration of KB-R7785 or anti-TNF MoAb were performed as described in Fig 2. On day 10 for the GVHD group or day 14 for the other groups, 3 mice in each group were killed. Paraffin section of the liver, intestine, spleen, and bone marrow were stained by hematoxylin and eosin.
