Expression of GSH-Px in T-cell leukemia cell lines. (A) Western blot analysis. Cell lysates (4 μg) were electrophoresed by 12% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and transferred to polyvinylidenedifluoride membranes. Immunostaining was performed using anti–GSH-Px antibody as the first antibody. (B) Correlation between the IC₅₀ and the activity of GSH-Px in T-cell leukemia cell lines. GSH-Px activity showed no correlation with the resistance to ADM (r = .22).
