BIAcore analysis of MoAb34. Sensorgrams of various concentrations of EPObp (10 to 1,500 nmol/L) injected over immobilized MoAb34, corrected by subtraction of data from control surfaces. The ligand was removed after 420 seconds, and dissociation was measured after this point.
