1,25(OH)2D3 enhances ILT3 expression on DCs. Monocyte-derived human DCs were incubated for 48 hours with medium alone or containing 10 nM 1,25(OH)2D3 or 10 ng/mL IL-10, either when immature or during LPS-induced (100 ng/mL) maturation. Surface expression of the indicated ILT molecules was determined by cytofluorimetry. Histograms represented by broken lines show staining with an isotype control; those with thick lines show staining with the indicated anti-ILT mAbs.
