Unactivated peripheral NK cells and CANK cell lines were generated and quadruple stained, as described in “Materials and methods.” Chemokine receptor expression on TAP2-deficient patient B CD16⁺ unactivated (A) and CANK (B) cells and on patient B–derived CD16^– (C) unactivated and CANK (D) cells. Indicated values represent the percentage of the total cell population of cells positive for a certain chemokine receptor. Results are from 1 representative experiment of 3 experiments performed.
