Figure 3. In vitro-propagated and zymosan-activated B6 granulocytes do not express gzmA or gzmB. In vitro-generated B6 granulocytes were incubated with zymosan (50 μg/L × 105 cells; 90 minutes) and subsequently analyzed following staining with αGr-1 mAb and either αmgzmA IS (1:100) followed by FITC-labeled αrabbit IgG (1:500) or αhugzmb mAb (1:10) as described in “Flow cytometry”; rabbit IgG and mouse IgG were used as isotype control, as described in “Materials and methods.” Numbers in graphs indicate the percentages of gated cells.
