CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and phagocytes are chemoattracted by Fas-stimulated DCs in vivo. EGFP⁺ DCs treated with Jo-2, isotype Ab, or LPS overnight were intraperitoneally injected into mice (n = 5). After 2 hours, PWCs were harvested in 10 mL ice-cold PBS and stained immediately with specific Abs for cell subsets. Total chemoattracted cells (A), T cells, including CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ cells (B), and CD11b⁺ phagocytic cells, including Gr1⁺ neutrophils (C), were analyzed by flow cytometry, counting the numbers of cells acquired in the same time period.
