Mutational spectrum of CUX1^MT/DELand CUX1^WTin MNs. WES and TS were used to detect mutations in CUX1 and other genes commonly mutated in MNs. Stacked bar chart shows the frequency of somatic mutations and gene families in CUX1^MT/DEL (n = 137) and CUX1^WT (n = 1344).
