(B) Line h38 whole blood in the absence or presence of addition of 10 nM of rFVIIa was compared with FVIII^null mouse whole blood with addition of 10 nM of rFVIIa. WT and FVIII^null mouse blood were used as positive and negative controls, respectively. Each curve represents 4 independent studies.
