Figure 3. TfrcAlb-Cre mice are predisposed to iron-deficiency anemia. Twelve-week-old male TfrcAlb-Cre mice and control Tfrcfl/fl littermates (n = 4-6 for each genotype) were placed on an IDD for 12 weeks. At the end point, the animals were euthanized.
