Cell lysates of SET2 cells (A) and BaF3-JAK2VF cells (B) incubated with INCB053914 and ruxolitinib alone and in combination as indicated for 4 hours (A) or 8 hours (B) were immunoblotted to assess the effects on levels of the indicated proteins.
