The pan-PIM inhibitor INCB053914 inhibits viable MPN model cell numbers in a concentration-dependent manner. (A) UKE1, SET2, and BaF3-JAK2^VF cells were incubated with the indicated range of concentrations of INCB053914 (A) and ruxolitinib (B), and relative viable cells were determined after 72 hours (UKE1 and SET2) or 48 hours (BaF3-JAK2^VF) by using CellTiter-Glo. Relative viable cell numbers are plotted as a percent of maximum for each drug concentration.
