FVIII and VWF levels before and after treatment were assessed for statistical significance using a paired t test. A statistically significant increase in FVIII activity was found in macLRP+ and macLRP1− mice, whereas for VWF a statistically significant increase was found in macLRP+ but not macLRP− mice.
