Myelosuppression induces TIMP-3 in the bone marrow. (A) Induction of TIMP-3 by BM suppression. Mice (C57BL/6) were intraperitoneally injected with 150 mg/kg of 5-FU, and BM mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) were harvested at the indicated time points.
