(A) Distribution of cd45:DsRed and mhc2dab:GFP fluorescence in the myeloid gate (i), in the precursor gate (ii), and in a gate encompassing the myeloid and precursor gates (iii). cd45:DsRedhigh; mhc2dab:GFPhigh mononuclear phagocytes (red gate) were reanalyzed by forward and side scatter, showing that these cells overlap the myeloid and precursor fractions in WKM (iv).
