The cumulative incidences of sustained donor neutrophil engraftment after myeloablative conditioning (n = 61) according to the infused (A) TNC dose, (B) CD34⁺ cell dose, (C) CFU dose, and (D) CD3⁺ cell dose of the nondominant unit are shown. Although an infused TNC dose of the nondominant unit at or above the median is associated with enhanced neutrophil engraftment, CD34⁺ cell, CFU, and CD3⁺ cell doses of the nondominant unit had no influence.
