Podoplanin-Fc is present in the blood circulation of K14 podoplanin-Fc transgenic mice. (A) Podoplanin-Fc was detected by immunoblot analysis of serum samples (4 μL) from K14 podoplanin-Fc transgenic and wild-type mice for human podoplanin.
