Figure 3. qRT-PCR analysis demonstrated an up-regulation of CD14 expression in cultured monocytes. qRT-PCR analysis was performed with RNA isolated from either unsorted or CD19-sorted CLL samples at the time of isolation (d0) and 3 days after HS-5 coculture (d3) with a primer set specific for CD14. Respective qRT-PCR analyses were performed with CD14-sorted monocytes at the time of isolation (d0) and after 1 day of culture in HS-5 conditioned medium (d1). qRT-PCR results were normalized to 3 housekeeping genes (PGK1, DCTN2, and HPRT for CLL cells; SDHA, PBGD, and HPRT for monocytes), and are shown as relative expression normalized to the housekeeping genes (hkg).
