Comparison of histone modifications at the γ-promoter in PRMT5-f and PRMT5-kd K562 cells. (A) Enrichment of various histone modifications, RNA polII and PRMT5 at the γ-promoter was measured by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) in K562 cells expressing PRMT5-f, or in PRMT5-kd cells. (B) Enrichment of various histone modifications, RNA polII and FLAG-tagged proteins at the γ-promoter was measured by ChIP in K562 cells expressing PRMT5-f or PRMT5Δ-f.
