Overlapping sets of expressed genes in zebrafish HSCs, mHSCs, and hHSCs. Datasets of zebrafish (zSPs and zMPs), mice (mHSCs and mHPCs), and humans (hHSCs and hHPCs) were analyzed with the same method. Venn diagrams of the number of up-regulated (A) and down-regulated genes (B) are shown. Forty and 47 genes were commonly up- and down-regulated in these 3 HSCs, respectively.
