NIMA effects can be mediated by adult donors. Lethally irradiated B6D2F1 mice received a transplant of 5 × 10⁶ TCD-BM from controls together with 2 × 10⁶ T cells from 28-week-old NIMA (in utero + oral) or control donors (n = 5/group). Survival after BMT is shown. *P < .05.
