Figure 6. Ephrin-B2 stimulation of Raji cells lead to down-regulation of AKT phosphorylation. (A) Raji cells transduced with empty vector (Raji/vector) or Ephb4 lentivirus construct (Raji/EphB4) were serum-starved for 24 hours and stimulated with 3 μg/mL clustered human FC-Ephrin B2 for 15 minutes. Cell lysates were analyzed by Western blotting to determine the phosphorylation status of AKT and total AKT levels. (B) Raji/EphB4 cells were serum-starved for 24 hours and stimulated with 3 μg/mL clustered human FC-Ephrin B2 for the indicated time points. Lysates were then probed with anti–phospho-AKT, total AKT, and EphB4.
