Washed and indomethacin-treated WT, Fyn−/− (A-B), Src−/− (C-D), and Lyn−/− (E-F) murine platelets were stimulated with 60 ng/mL CVX or 20 μg/mL collagen under stirring conditions for 60 seconds at 37°C. The reaction was stopped using 3× sample loading buffer (with DTT). The lysates were subjected to Western blotting analysis and probed for pSHIP-1 (Y1020).
