The cell concentration were 2 × 105 cells/mL for XG-1, XG-2, XG-6, XG-12, and XG-14 HMCLs and 105 cells/mL for XG-5, XG-7, and XG-20 HMCLs. Results are the mean luminescent signal determined in 6 replicate culture wells and are those from 1 of 3 representative experiments. The mean value was significantly different from that obtained in the control group using a Student t test (*P ≤ .05).
