Increased copies of chromosome 10 in the patient leukemia cells (n = 82, evaluated by 600 000 SNP-chip data) were associated with higher MTXPG accumulation (P = 1.08 × 10−5, ANOVA). Twelve of the 15 patients with a gain of copy number of chromosome 10 had B-hyperdiploid subtype.
