Expression of chemokine receptors and homing molecules between CIK cells and splenocytes. Lethally irradiated host mice (Balb/c, H-2^d) were injected with C57BL/6 (H-2^b, Thy1.2) wild-type 5 × 10⁶ BM cells with either 10 × 10⁶ CIK cells or splenocytes generated from congenic C57BL/6 (H-2^b, Thy1.1). Expression of chemokine receptors, homing molecules, and IFN-γ expressed on donor-derived cells were analyzed at indicated days and tissues after BMT by FACS. (A) α4β7 and CCR9.
