HPLC of human leukocyte monosialoglycosphingolipids. The purified monosialo GSLs from human leukocytes were resolved on a LiChrosorb NH₂ HPLC column using an acetonitrile/aqueous sodium phosphate gradient as eluent.²⁶  UV absorbance at 215 nm is proportional to the monosialo GSL concentration in the identified peaks. Species detected by MALDI-TOF MS of the resolved fractions are designated above the chromatogram, with structure abbreviations (n/m) as defined in Figure 1 legend.
