TP53 expression and its associated gene expression profile in 51 paired MM patients on TT2 at baseline and disease relapse. (A) A total of 51 paired TT2 patients had similar TP53 expression levels at baseline and relapse (P = .455); only 8 patients had at least a 2-fold TP53 signal change (5 decreased and 3 increased) at relapse. (B) Two-dimensional unsupervised hierarchical cluster analysis of 85 TP53-regulated genes in 51 MM patients with paired gene expression data at baseline and relapse shows that 36 of 51 patients have very similar gene expression patterns of the 85 TP53-regulated genes, and these genes cluster closely together (marked by red bracket).
