Gene expression profile of 85 TP53-regulated genes in MM cell lines and patients. A total of 85 genes were up-regulated (n = 50) or down-regulated (n = 35) at least 1.5-fold in at least 3 of 4 MM cell lines and also exhibited differential expression in a comparison of primary MM between the lowest relative to the highest TP53 expressers.
