Black = normal plasma; red = time 0; blue = time 60 minutes; green = time 120 minutes; and magenta = time 240 minutes. All the multimers are present, although the largest are relatively decreased (red), with increased smaller multimer concentrations. After desmopressin, an increase of the largest forms but also of the smaller forms is observed, with progressive return to basal pattern (increased clearance).
