MTA3 depletion alone does not kill lymphoma cells but synergizes in combination with BPI. SUDHL4 DLBCL cells were exposed to BPI, control peptide, MTA3 siRNA, or control siRNA alone or in combination, and the cell viability was measured by reduction of resazurin 48 hours after the beginning of the experiment (performed in 8 replicates).
